The person behind The Soft Visionary
I'm Jane, founder of The Soft Visionary.
For years, I built my career around understanding complex systems, questioning assumptions and solving problems.
With a degree in Chemical Engineering and over seven years of experience in quality assurance, regulatory affairs and process improvement, analytical thinking became second nature to me.
But understanding problems professionally didn't mean I always understood myself.
I've always been deeply sensitive, curious and observant. Yet, after experiencing burnout and questioning the life I was building, I began looking more closely at my own patterns, beliefs and the expectations I'd learned to live by.
I began questioning things I'd never thought to question.
That curiosity led me deeper into human behaviour, psychology, philosophy, spirituality and different approaches to understanding ourselves.
I created The Soft Visionary to make depth more accessible.
A space to question what we've learned, recognise our patterns and explore different perspectives while learning to trust our own judgement.
Not to tell you how to live, but to help you understand yourself deeply enough to decide.
